Summary
The IT Technician is responsible ensuring the smooth operation of IT within Ideanomics and its operating companies as well. This may also include working on large scale IT projects to provide enhanced infrastructure within Ideanomics.

Role, Responsibilities, and the person we are looking for
- Work both with members of Ideanomics and our operating company to provide the IT services we need to achieve our goals globally.
- Work with third parties where needed to ensure we have the right skills in place to solve our technical challenges.
- Monitor and report on KPI’s for our IT infrastructure and services.
- Work with software development teams to ensure we have a secure scalable platform for our SAAS products.
- Line Manager one or more IT Technicians to ensure they can meet our needs and achieve their goals.
- Be able to present to senior stake holders IT needs with justification along side a clear and concise budget proposal.

Summary
Mid-Level QA Engineer will work within the Ideanomics Digital team providing a high standard of work with members of the development team analysing customer requirements, creating manual and automated test cases, running test cases, and analysing results to a high standard. Working with the development teams, the Mid-Level QA Engineer will ensure the solutions built meet the needs of the stakeholders and customers.
Essential Skills
- Experience working in an Agile or Scrum Environment
- Experience as a QA Analyst or QA Engineer
- Ability to analyse customer requirements, specifications, and design documents
- Ability to review and provide feedback on other QA members test documentation
- Ability to estimate requirements analysis, test prep, test data creation and test execution time
- Excellent communicator who can work closely with other testers and ensures QA standards are met
- Effectively estimates their work and keeps to time scales.
Advantageous Skills
- Experience within Automotive or Energy industries
- Experience with automation and performance testing
- Experience with Azure DevOps including running automated test packs as part of Azure Pipelines
